Sausage and Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
– 1 pound of ground sausage
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 package (30 ounces) of frozen hash browns
– 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
– 8 large eggs
– 1 cup of milk
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
